Scope of work

We do not rewrite your work. We will, however, point out the required changes in spelling, punctuation and grammar as well as areas which need to be rewritten for the sake of clarity. We use Australian grammar and punctuation rules.

The kind of work which is acceptable

We will not accept work if we are not comfortable with its content.

Submission of work

If you would like us to proofread your print material, we ask that you submit it in Word format so that we can mark and track changes.

Plagiarism

If we find that the work is plagiarised, we will refuse to continue working on it.  We will retain some or all of your deposit to cover the costs we have incurred up until that point.

Invoicing and payment

We will invoice you before we begin work and ask that you pay a 50% deposit to book your place.

Payment is to be made by direct deposit into the account specified on the invoice. Amounts not received by the due date will attract late fees.

Minimum charge

Our minimum chargeĀ is $50.00.

Deadlines

We will do our best to meet your deadlines but will not be held responsible for issues outside our control, such as internet outage or website issues.

Security of information

All documents will be permanently deleted from our system within 3 months (90 days) of job completion.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the edited document upon completion and contacting us should any errors be discovered.
